Broad provider coverage

Detect common business, hosted, and consumer email infrastructure

Email Provider Checker Pro compares domain and mail-server signals with known provider patterns. When a provider cannot be identified confidently, the result remains unknown instead of being guessed.

Provider categories

Organized coverage across major email-service types

The platform is designed to recognize known infrastructure patterns across enterprise suites, hosted-mail services, consumer platforms, gateways, and private servers.

Enterprise Email Suites

Common business email platforms used by companies, schools, and organizations.

Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Zoho Mail Amazon WorkMail Fastmail Proton Mail for Business

Major personal email platforms recognized from their public mail infrastructure.

Gmail Outlook.com Yahoo Mail iCloud Mail AOL Mail GMX Mail

Security and Mail Gateways

Infrastructure that may sit in front of an organization’s underlying mailbox provider.

Mimecast Proofpoint Barracuda Cisco Secure Email Cloudflare Email Routing SpamTitan

Transactional and Sending Services

Sending infrastructure that may appear in SPF, routing, or domain-configuration records.

Amazon SES SendGrid Mailgun Postmark Elastic Email Brevo

Custom and Unknown Infrastructure

Private or uncommon mail servers are reported transparently when no confident provider match exists.

Custom MX Server Self-Hosted Mail Private Exchange Server Regional Hosting Provider Unrecognized Gateway Unknown Provider

Provider recognition depends on the infrastructure signals available for each domain. A provider name appearing on this page does not guarantee that every possible configuration can always be identified.

Detection signals

Provider classification uses more than the email address

The system examines available domain and mail-routing information before assigning a provider label. This helps distinguish branded domains from the infrastructure actually handling their email.

Unknown providers remain unknown rather than being incorrectly labeled

Some organizations use private servers, uncommon hosting companies, proxy gateways, or configurations that hide the underlying mailbox provider. In those cases, the platform can preserve the available MX and DNS details without inventing a provider name.
